• Construction Update (11/17): All Phase I demolition has been completed. The temporary fence and facilities required for Phase I have been installed. The successful removal and demolition of the portables, canopies, and sidewalks associated with Phase I have allowed for a seamless transition to the preliminary construction of Building 5. The building Pad has been laid out and underground work involving the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and concrete subcontractors has begun. Large equipment and material deliveries began in early November and will continue throughout the month. Work in Phase I includes the addition of a two-story classroom building, a PE/Chiller Building, and an addition to the existing Administration building.
